I am old and cant move the doll
I am old and cant move the doll, the doll is too heavy than in the advertisement. Also the face looks a little different, i bought an extra wig butt unfortunately didnt get it

If your order has an extra wig that will be shipped out from our factory, the delivery takes a bit longer than local in-stock dolls. I guess you must have received the wig now. Regarding the weight, we have stated the weight on the product description page. If the doll is too heavy than what we have advertised, you can return the doll to us, and we will refund your payment. We are sure that we measured the accurate weight of the dolls. Regarding the face, you will find we stated "(Free 2ND Head)" on some product titles. So do you mean the extra free head? Regarding the "wig butt", what do you mean by wig butt? I checked our order system, we don't sell wig butt products. We sell wigs or butt. Please provide your order number. so we can help you. Thanks
