I have a problem with vertigo/menier's disease in a major way. I used the belt off and on, on the ear/neck under my ear area. This ear often felt closed. any this past Mar I had a vioent episode that lasted for hrs, anyway the next day I started to use the belt in the same way, 30 min morn & even. I had 2 more small episodes within the next wk but nothing has happened since. In the past 5 yrs I would have episodes close together. It never cleared up so fast. I plan to use it 15 min a day from here away!God is so good to send this belt my way!
