The package arrived in a timely manner. The set up was easy and the instructions were clear. I bought 2 -60 light units and use them both simultaneously,(one in front and one in back) every week day. It helps with my pain, but most noticeable is the difference in my skin, my hair and lashes, my vision has improved (with red lights only) and interestingly enough my hypothyroid TSH levels have become normal and my pcp is wanting to decrease my thyroid medication and recheck my labs. I have been using the lights for about 1 year. Love them!

I had an issue with the infrared setting on my LED light therapy, so I emailed them about the issue. They sent out a replacement right away and made the whole process smooth and easy. Very helpful and quick to respond back.

Bought a new Pro100 red light therapy device. It arrived but had some accessories missing. I contacted their support which promptly asked me to return the unit and they would send me a new unit. New unit is nice, had some extra features like rubber feet etc which original unit did not have. Both worked fine (first one just was missing some accessories), and I was able to use the original one until the replacement arrived and then ship original back. Device works well and is very competatively priced.
