Love my red light mat - Reduces Pain!
Love my red light mat. I received it so quickly and it has really worked to reduce pain in my knees and back. Consistency is key though. I use it from 3-7 times a week every week! Great customer service too. I think the electronic power adaptor could be made a bit higher quality and sturdy but that would be my only suggestion.

Product as promised, good communication re: shipping delays
Very long delay in shipping but company communicated clearly about it and the reasons for it, which were beyond their control. Refunded 10% as compensation. When item did arrive, it was missing the plug/cable. Company sent that out promptly once I communicated it was missing. Product is solid so far.

This red light is too quality and customer service is superb
We had some issues with the shipping and the item made it late but custom Services are top notch! They gave me enough options for them to make it right! We family received the item and the quality of top of the line! Were very happy with our purchase and the company customer support!

Pro300
So far so good. The forehead used to be dry and flaky. After using the Pro300 for near 2 weeks. The forehead is no longer dry and flaky. Will update more later.

Impressive company
This is a great product backed by a great company. After doing research on red light therapy, I chose Bestqool 150 from the reviews and what it had to offer. Super easy to use. (I like easy) A manual comes with the product. I enjoyed reading on how the company started. The product was packaged very securely. I just received it last week, so of course I am unable to express any results. But I am impressed so far.
