Do we need to apply moisturizer before facing the lamp, cause I feel very dry my skin every time after doing the therapy

The device is of high quality and shipped in a secure box. The company will answer your questions in e mails for your concerns having said that red light therapy s not for me. My fair complexion and or age(67) makes me feel very tired and irritated, once I did a few treatments things are not right with my health. I am not an expert but I can tell this is not for me.thank you.

I don't like the plastic covering on the lights, causes sweating..., ** I have to figure on my own how it works because the manual is terrible for giving instructions. ** It should not be as long as it is, it could be shorter on the sides and have extension belts on the sides to make it longer if needed. ** The design is bad for a smaller device. I have a smaller Bestqool pad and it is only the pad and not all that extra side belting. Some of my lights are worn out. We bought 2 and really like it but only last a year. ** BestQool does not have a very good selection.

The plastic covering is designed to protect the lamp beads from damage and prevent moisture from entering, while also softening the light to avoid harsh glare. Without buying an expensive stand, I find it difficult to use my half body Bestcool device on my back or the sides of my body. There is not a problem with using it on my front as I can easily hold it. I have not had any massive turnarounds in health problems but sleep is much improved after several months and, despite being in my 80s, none of my health problems have got worse so I consider this a plus and some conditions have improved but not totally healed.

Ordered the red light devise and paid $52 for shipping. Received an email from Bestqool letting me know that shipping charges had increased to $125, then received a second email letting me know that the shipping charges now were $250. At this time I canceled the order. Received a third email from Bestqool, letting me know that they would ship for the original $52. When the order arrived, I received an email from the shipping company asking me to pick up the devise at a drop off location. I mentioned to them that the delivery address given was my residency and that I didn’t drive. The shipping company said Bestqool didn’t pay for home delivery. Finally, I was able to get the shipping company to bring the big box home. I wish the purchase had been more transparent and more hassle free.
