Accounting, perhaps inventory issue. I placed an order for 4 Lewis Labs Brewers Yeast. Later I received an email my brewers yeast was on back order. My credit card was charged. What happened to the 4 I just bought? And why was I charged when there was no product to send? I cancelled the order..

After one week of ordering a product that was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days, the package had not been shipped, so I had to cancel the order, at least it was accepted to refund me the cost

Poor communication of the product that I ordered. Was told 1 to 2 weeks before delivery. Then I saw online that it was available to be ordered again online but no communication that my product was being delivered. Then I waited several days and called again on was told that it was still 1 to 2 weeks. Then 4-5 days later I got a call and was told that the product was not available, so my order was cancelled. I was then told it would take 5 to 7 business days to refund my money to my credit card but when I ordered the product, my account was charged the same day eventhough you did not have the product in stock. How can you charge for a product that you do not have in stock?

After I placed my order I got an energetic email response assuring me that the people in the warehouse sprang into action to complete my order. Not an exaggeration. Two weeks later I emailed the company to enquirer about the status of my order. I got an email telling me that they sent me an email a week ago telling me that the my order was back ordered. They asked me if I wanted to wait or cancel. I said that I would wait and returned the message. As I sat there wondering why the boys in the warehouse who snapped to attention when my order came in (seriously, that’s how they put it) didn't Letthem know that my product was available, a generic email from the company informing me that my order was back ordered. An hour later, I got another do not respond email informing me that my order was canceled. I gave them two stars rather than one for the entertainment value of the experience.

Bad communication. Ordered a time sensitive order which they never shipped due to one product being back ordered. The issue with this was they never told me it was backordered and it took me calling the day it was due for delivery to find out they never even shipped it even though i was charged. I wasn't offered a refund or upgrade on the shipping so i decided to just cancel my order.

Decided to charge me with a different currency without notifying me (even tho it said otherwise on the invoice, even the one they SENT with the order itself!!). Ended up paying extra charges because of that. Other then that the package arrived on time and everything was in a good condition but still won't use them again, if I can't be confident when I'm placing an order, there's no point.

Hi Ariel - We do apologize about making that confusing. International orders placed are charged in that shipping countries currency. This is normally a good thing because buyers in other countries don't get the foreign transaction fees other sites impose.
