They sell open bottles from which contents have been used. Customer service can't help.

As you purchased these products in July of 2022 (almost 6 months ago), we could only give you a 20% coupon. If you receive a bottle that is opened (you stated just 1 out of the 3 you ordered were), we need to know within 30 days of receiving the product. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you.

I got a major delay in receiving my product, with no communication until I asked. Weeks went by with no communication, no updates. Now to be fair, when I inquired, I did get a follow up quickly. I finally had to settle for a different flavor of the supplement I wanted.

Tracking confirms that my order didn’t get dispatched after over a week, when I placed the order. They created the digital tracking number, but the courier company confirmed that they only got the package after I rang up and enquired about it.

Michael, your order shipped out less than 24 hours after it was placed. You're in Australia so your order shipped out through APC, not sure what you're talking about regarding tracking not showing anything as we can clearly see tracking showing that the item was processed and we have updated tracking as recently as 3 days ago. Mohammed, the UPS tracking shows the item was delivered to your front door. Have you reached out to UPS? Please contact UPS and inquire about the package or give our customer service team a call at 1-800-499-4810. You never reached out to us and the package shows delivered so we've never had a chance to look into this for you.

Robert, you made your purchase on 11/02 and received the items on 11/07 , then left your review on 11/10 so you've been taking your prohormones for all of 3 days. Most users don't begin to see/feel effects until about 3 weeks in which is why we recommend a 60 day cycle as opposed to a 30 day cycle. You shouldn't expect to be seeing dramatic results 3 days after beginning your cycle, that is an unrealistic expectation. I also just wanted to point out that you will need to be eating clean and spending time in the gym as well if you expect to see results. i thought i would give this company a try. It back fired on me. So they use the Post Office for shipping their product. I did not get my order or so they say. This company basically says its the post offices fault and drops it in a deep hole. I cannot do a charge back on my credit card as there is a tracking number. I would not trust the post office with a large order as its a 5 Billion taxpayer loss every year. So there is $80 bucks i will never see again.

We offer a very cheap shipping insurance for just a buck or 1% of the order value which you had a chance to purchase, had you purchased it we would have re-shipped another order no questions asked.
