I ordered four 16 ounce packages of Cacao Nibs on or about 8/22/15 for a total of $70.03,i.e, $17.50 each and was told that your supply of Cacao Nibs was back ordered until mid-September. Meanwhile I am on this last package of SUPERFOOD lasting a few more days. So I ordeedr from your COMPETITOR a couple of 16 ounce packages of Cacao Nibs for $25.32, i.e., $12.66 each on 8/28/15 and received my order a couple of days later. Guess what?!? They are my new Cacao Nibs provider and you have lost my business forever!!! Please provide me with four 16 ounce packages of paid for Cacao Nibs ASAP!!! God bless you and I hope you can continue to provide this inadequate and expensive service and stay in business! My order number is #30037707074.

Screwed up the last two orders there won't be a third.

I ordered I get an email saying I have to prove my identity, and so I did. Talked to one of the customer representatives and said it would ship the following Monday since i called Friday afternoon. In the website, there is a tracking information so I automatically thought my stuff was sent out... Tracking company was dhl e-commerce, so when you click on the link it says that product is on the way, so I said patiently. The following week Monday, I get another email saying I have to prove my identity again?! I called furious, since I waited more than a week for my package to arrive only to find out it hasn't been shipped. I talk to another lady saying she doesn't know who I talked to but clearly hasn't shipped my order. After all is said and done I check in the website and there are 2 confirmations proving my identity, and I suffer from their poor execution. I was so mad since I really needed it.. And here I am 2 weeks later with no package still. Huge fail.

While the customer service people are very nice, if I had not called who knows how long it would have taken to get my shipment. I ordered it on 8/13 and it is now 8/28 and I still do not have my product. My credit card was billed on the 13th, which I am not sure if legally they can do that, but most other companies I deal with do not bill the credit card until the product has been shipped. I have ordered from them for a number of years and they seem to be getting worse not better. They do have great prices on most things but be prepared to wait forever to receive your product.

Ordered product that said in stock and after waiting 3 days for a shipment confirmation I finally emailed and they said that they had sent an email stating it wasn't in stock but will ship out the same day I emailed. I never received that particular email, but did receive several others including my order and sale emails. Not happy with the service and cancelled my order.

It is now August 11 2015 I sent my package back July 31 2015. There is still no sign of package at their warehouse or a refund?

Ordered and paid for the product. Haven't received an e mail saying it shipped, only thanking me for the purchase. Have not seen the product and it's been over 2 weeks. I work out of town and don't have the time to call around. That's why I thought it was all done online and through e mail.

After waiting nearly a month, I contact BPN asking about my order. They respond and tell me that unfortunately, my order got lost in transit and I can either get the items re sent or a refund. I opt for a refund and the next day they tell me that my order is on it's way... But I already said I wanted my refund?? It's now been almost 3 more weeks since this order has 'apparently' been sent and still no word from them even after I've sent them countless emails and yet, still no refund. Customer service level = 0/10. Totally unacceptable. Will never shop here again nor will I reccomend to anyone.
