I was very disappointed with the quality of product I received from best nutrition. It took over 2 weeks to get my order and then when I received it both of my containers of products were open and spilled into the storage package all the seals were broken on the items as if they were used. I will never order from them again.

I ordered protein from this company on August 19th. I was not told at the time that this protein was on back order, because if I had, I obviously would have ordered elsewhere so that I could have my product timely. Today is Aug 31st. Still no protein. Customer Service told me today that it hasn't even been shipped yet, but oh yes, it's definitely already been charged to my account. No product, ridiculous waiting time, and already charged to my account????? HORRIBLE SERVICE.

First shipping took forever second when the items shipped I didn't get a email saying they did so no communicate whatsoever I had to email them to see if it shipped third I was told I was going to get a sample with my order and guess what I didn't get it terrible experience

Hi Ernesto, I took a look at your orders. Both shipped out the next day after you placed your order. We do state it takes 2-5 business days for you to receive your order. Looks like they both arrived 5 days later. I do apologize if this was longer than you thought it would be. As for the samples, I am not sure they were not included. I am going to send you out a care package with a bunch of them. I do hope that you give us another chance with your business.

Figured I try this company out. Called 4 days later because items didn't ship like they advertised. All they could say was "sorry not in stock". Might have been useful to get an e-mail/phone call! Nothing! I ended up canceling the order. Waste of time... That same day I placed the same order from "Netrition" (like I usually do). Package was here in 1 day! When they say something is "in stock" at least they mean it!
