Order approximately 6 weeks ago, still have not received my order and have emailed on numerous occasions - without a single reply or acknowledgement!

I ordered on black friday. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard a damn thing from you about my order. I have a tracking number that to me is meaningless. Where is my order?

Shipping selection I made for my order said 5-10 days shipping. It's been over 20 days now, this is not acceptable. Estimation is not even close and when I called customer service they tell me it can take + 20 days. Then why not write that on website so I know when I order?! Not a returning customer, there are way better options out there.

Ordered product on Oct 30th and now on Nov14th I'm still waiting. Would never consider dhl as a carrier again as I can't tell where the hell my shipment is. Dhl tried to tell me yesterday that best price has created a shipping label but they have never received a package from them....do yourself a favour And order from orbit or legendary supplements and use FedEx as a shipper. First experience with best price has been frustrating to say the least. This is my first and last purchase from them!
