Placed an order on Jan 4 and was told 5 business days for delivery. I received an email stating that delivery was to be on Jan 9. Received an email on 9th that delivery is Jan 15 and the order wasn't fulfilled until Jan 10, 6 days AFTER the order was placed. Also, per the website, items were in stock.

Order placed the end of December, vendor emailed that product would be in the end of that week. I replied go ahead a send out when received. As of January 11th I still have not received my order or an explanation. Vendor has been paid for product, I would like a refund if product can not be provided.

I payed 4.99(lol not the actual cost of shipping) for shipping I assumed it would at least would leave first class I was wrong. They then decide to cut the cost even more and send it via dhl slow post even though I lived 20 miles away. Long story short they lost a customer.

I placed my order on 12/19/15. As of 1/2/16 I still have not received my order. Worst service and shipping logistics of all supplement online retailers I have purchased from. Almost impossible to track your order since they hand it off from one parcel service to another. I was told 2 days ago by customer service that my order was in Orlando, FL (apr. 1 1/2 hours drive from my location) Still nothing! Even with holiday shipping delays this is unacceptable in todays online marketplace. I won't be back!

I ordered a product on their website that showed as in stock at the time of purchase. I was not notified until a week after I purchased the item and been charged for it that it was out of stock. I was told that it would be approximately 10 additional days before I would receive the product. I cancelled my order, and I will not purchase through them again.

Still have not received my order or had any update for reason of the delay. This is my first time ordering from you guys and will not use again. Amazon and bodybuilding ship way faster and notify you if any issues. Recommend you guys work on notification for future orders.

Still haven't received my goods yet. Ordered them on the 30/11 and still haven't received them on the 21/12. looked up tracking info on DHL and there is nothing there
