Been waiting 3 weeks and still have not received it.

I'm not happy with best price nutrition at all. Twice I have ordered a product that has told me low quantities shipping ma be delayed, so I order as fast as I can. About a week later my order is cancelled because they are out of stock. Low when I order out a week later, if they told me they where out when I ordered I would use another retailer. I'm finished with h this company, I will use my bonus points and then never again. How hard is it for their website to be linked to product numbers available, every other site does this.

This company use to be my go to for all things related to nutritional supplements such as 'whey protein'...however my last $200 order was ship confirmed and tracking number was issued; however upon estimated delivery date; goods did not arrive. I sent them an email and it took then 4 days to get back to me. I tried live chat...nothing. Finally called them to see where my order was and they stated it wasn't shipped yet! Really? Then why did you send me shipment confirmation stating it was shipped? CS Agent was combative at best and demanded 'respect' as opposed to trying to save a $200 sale; I immediately asked for a refund and was given a full refund due to them not shipping product; but site was not updated and still said item ships in 1-2 business days! A joke of a CS response and I've been placing $100 orders on a consistent basis...Never more and good riddance!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Kept cheking order status and delivery date nothing. I finally got ahold of customer service and said their system didnt process my card, after getting conformation on order! When they finially responded to me they wanted to run my card again! Which is another point is I don't like site to store my card so I logged into the site and deleted my card..... Logged in days later card info was still on their website. I'm going to another site!!!! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Called into customer service because I hadn't received my order yet.(apparently it wasn't in stock-but still let me order. If it was listed as not in stock, I would have not ordered anyways) She told me my card declined. I was not sent an email to notify me. Instead, I was told that, "they don't do that" and, "we wait for the customer to call in before anything is done.". Ok, whatever. So I tried to give her a different card to continue my order and she told me that she couldn't do that. I would have to cxl and re process. She was very hateful about this all. So I canceled the order and went down to my local Ultimate sports nutrition and got the same item for cheaper. Rude employees and no notification when things don't go as planned will lose you business every time.

Usually good service with the shipments, however this one has been terrible. I've asked 3 times for a shipment update & haven't received a call or email. I understand 1 product was out of stock, but I haven't received an update for over 2 weeks. Not acceptable way of doing business.

Very slow shipping, customer service only stated the obvious they did offer to send me extra samples on next order, not gonna happen will stay with bodybuilding.com

bpn sent me an e mail on dec 31 advertising a product i ordered my cart said in stock it is sun jan 17 still dont have my order and no info on shippers website (usps) during this time i ordered from a1 supplements and received my order in 4 days. i then ordered from 5% nutition (Rich Piana ) recieved my order in 3 days tell Neck Press Nelly the competition is kickin her butt bpn is less than 80 miles from me a1 is in tenn and 5% is in florida if i run out before my order gets here i wont order again from bpn
