I have ordered twice from there and first order was cancelled after 5-7 days by saying that they don't order to India at that point and second order was cancelled after 3-5 days by saying that they don't have that product anymore and then they took awhile to refund back the money to my card. The issue is that in both the cases I have confirmed my order before placing from your customer service. Also they have pathetic customer service first they take too long to reply and then their replies are really rude as if they are doing you huge favor by giving information on your order.

I placed my order on 6/3, I selected "2day shipping". I received it 6/17!!!! Unacceptable!

Worse shipping in the business! Took 2 weeks plus to arrive! Support was not helpful at all,and lies.will never purchase here again.

I have got this product numerous times and it is always in a clump. I called in to complain and they acted like they could care less. Last order came in had 1 huge clump!

Normally it's a great experience, but this time I'm still waiting for my order.

I purchased the CLA and Lipodrene, and found that there was an ingredient in them that I am allergic to. So I called customer service, and was told that because they were opened I was screwed! I am sorry, but in what universe is that the right thing to tell a customer?!?! And then they very rudely hung up on me!! I WILL NEVER EVER purchase anything nor recommend this company to anyone I know ever!!!

I think this site is a joke. I made a purchase of 2 products after waiting 2 weeks for them to be delivered I got an email stating they were on back order. This was after I had emailed to see where my order was ,then a week and a half later I was sent another email stating that part of my order had been canceled because of not having the product . So safe to say your Web site and your edicit simple blows and I'd never try to purchase a product from your company again ......

I ordered 2 supplements from BPN and after the first pill I took it made me extremely ill for several days. Could not eat, was super anxious and jittery not to mention the extreme nausea it caused. I proceeded to email the customer service to get a refund since I obviously could no longer take the supplement and nobody ever got back to me. Both bottles were open but only one pill was missing from one bottle so I wanted a full refund of my money. I did not want store credit which is what they offered because after my experience I will not be trying any more supplements like that. Still haven't received my refund or a phone call from the company to resolve the issue at this point I am just considering it a loss and def wont recommend this company to anyone.
