I placed an order on August 21st 2016, shipping was 3-5 days on my order, unfortunately it was 15 days, received my order on Sept 3rd, unacceptable! Probably won't oder from you again! !

It's been three weeks nothing has come yet. I have emailed the company and no response.

Terrible customer service. Product was less than satisfactory as well.

//Made pre-order for Halodrol that was supposed to hit the market on 7/5/16 w/ 1-2 weeks for it to hit inventory. On week 3, 7/21/16, and I've heard nothing and have no Halodrol. Zero fulfillment of product and completely absent customer service. I just want my order.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to be sent out four days later due to a backlog. The items have only just been sent out a couple of days ago. I have still not received my order and due to the lengthy time it has taken to receive it I will be out of the country working before I actually get the order. This is very frustrating as I won't even be able to use the products for another 2 months. They really need to improve their shipping an updated notifications, I thought the order has already been shipped a week ago.

I paid for 2 day delivery. Supplements arrived 2 business days later, after I had already left for vacation! They made some excuse about me changing the delivery address for why they could not refund me unless they got the pills back. I checked and double checked with UPS, and when I changed the delivery address they swore up and down that they should be there when I asked them to be. I suspect the problem is more with UPS, but it is not right that Best Price Nutrition tried to avoid giving me a refund and made a dumb excuse instead. Also, if UPS is not delivering (no pun intended), maybe they should use a different service!! I will not be using Best Price Nutrition ever again.

Unfortunately I ordered a product that is allowed in my country, but was seized supposedly by customs. The package arrived cut open and resealed with regular clear tape. No paperwork from customs or markings. Spoke with the delivery company and was told it may have been customs, but it was unusual for there to be no paperwork included. Contacted the best nutrition company and was told to read the terms and agreements of international shipping, mind you I have ordered the same product before and had no issues. So in the end I didn't get my product and no refund. Never again will I chose best nutrition.

Website didn't show one item on back order. I waited two weeks before calling, no one notified me my items weren't shipping. Had to request the two other items in stock be shipped immediately. It's been three weeks and still haven't gotten my third item and zero communication as to when I will get it. Never ordering from here again.
