20 days and still not receiving my product in canada when it suppose to be 5-10 days

Paid for 2 to 5 day shipping took over 10 days to recieve.Customer support was horrendous will never buy from them again

No update on anything. Don't even know if my order shipped. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing.

Não recebi o produto e não consigo efetuar o rastreamento. Todas as opções de entrega oferecidas pela loja tinham o mesmo prazo de entrega que é de 30 dias úteis. Hoje já o 28 dia útil. Nem a loja, nem a transportadora e nem os Correios do Brasil conseguem localizar o produto

I don't live in US and when I have ordered the pills I've told you if you will confirm the order, that phone is my vacation home and I don't be there, but you always canceled the order....impossible. You have my email and can send me a letter What can I do?

I had placed an order for an item that CLEARLY SAID – “IN STOCK” only to receive an email a few days later stating that they do not have the product and I will receive a FULL REFUND to my card. The rep advised to call or live chat with them any time making a purchase in order to ensure the product was actually in stock!!!! What kind of business is run like this?!?!?! Several days later my card was refund BUT NOT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT!!!!! That’s right! I did NOT receive ANYTHING but I am left with a BILL TO PAY!!!! When I emailed back, I was told it was the USD – CAD exchange!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND TO ALL NOT TO AS WELL!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PAY FOR NOTHING!!!!

Where is my preworkout! Still haven't received it. Will I be notified if it will not be sent ?
