Hi - We noticed you mainly purchase clearance and expired items. Because we normally only have one or two of each, we don't provide much information about them, as they are close out 75% off deals. For new fresh products, we provide all the information about the item. We will look to see if we can invest more time into clearance and expired items. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi - Getting through customs, especially with prohormones, can sometimes take longer. With the tracking number we provided, it does say estimated delivery is Feb 27th - Mar 1st. Normally it does not take this long, but we have no control over customs going into other countries. Sorry for the longer than expected delay.

Hi - We do apologize. We have had ordering issues quite a bit with Trutein. We may not be selling this line in the future due to problems we have had over the past year. We don't want issues to happen like what you are bringing up here. Again, we are sorry this keeps happening when you purchase this brand.

Hi - We do apologize about the issue. We had problems getting product from this manufacturer. A refund was given due to this issue.

I believe it was an honest mistake that we shipped out the wrong size, but I apologize about that. We will work with our team to find out why this happened.

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on making this exclusion more evident on the website. When customers purchase combos or volume deals, we give you a big discount, so much that we cannot provide you with an extra 10% off discount on top of that. It is confusing and we realize that. We will use your feedback to try to get this resolved ASAP.

Hi Bill - We will look into the experience you had and come up with a new strategy for responding to voicemails. We get a couple hundred calls per day, so sometimes we do get behind. That is no excuse though. I will look into this personally right away.
