I can't rate now. Bcz.. I have ordered five items (my Order #300425494 placed from india on January 22, 2017 1:29:23 AM CST ) I have got the confirmation email, but still not delivered.

If you could wait to review our company until you receive your package, we would appreciate it. With shipments to India, it can take 20-30 days, as stated on our website.

If your shipping internationally be careful as some of the ingredients may be illegal in your country please check before ordering and may be seized and destroyed. (Especially Australia). There should be more clear warnings on products. I have had this problems shipping to Australia I would not have ordered them if I had known.

Hi DC - Yes, it is up the customer to know what supplements and ingredients are illegal. While we do list some of the ingredients that are illegal in certain countries on our shipping and information page, it is impossible for us to keep up to date on the illegal ingredients for over 120 countries. If the package is sent back to us though, we will refund everything minus shipping charges.

I made a purchase a over a week ago. When I saw the product on the website it said " limited stock" which is misleading. If your out just say so. Instead you took my money and and I guess you'll send me an email or the product whenever you get around to it. What? This is the worst customer service I've had the displeasure of encountering.

Hi Darren - We are sorry you had a bad experience with our company. I looked into your order and the status did say "Low Stock - Shipping May Be Delayed". This shows when we have one product left in stock. The issue is another customer had purchased it from one of the 3rd parties we are listed on, which is why we were unable to ship. I looked at our records and on January 19th at 1:41pm CST we left you a message on the phone number you provided asking if you wanted to switch this product out with another, or wait, as we wouldn't be getting this product in until the following week. Hi Samuel, Sometimes packages can get caught up in customs for longer than usual. You chose the non-trackable $4.49 shipping, which is economy. On average it takes up to 10 business days, but depending on the Canadian Customs, it sometimes takes longer. Good Morning. My first and probably only experience with the store was not good .... I bought it with my card and after two days my purchase was canceled. I am now in the process of refunding the value to my card because my card is pre-paid internationally.

Hi Mendonca - Your order was caught up in our 3rd party fraud system and flagged as fraud. Because you are writing a review here we are guessing this was not fraud. While it does catch all the fraud attempts (we get dozens per day), some innocent orders are caught as well. We do apologize for the confusion this has caused.

Ordered Hydroxyelite & never received my order. Sent an email about it & they emailed me back saying the order was cancelled due to a security issue with my card. I previously ordered the same product from another website & they same issue occured. Called my bank on both occasions & they didn't know why either website cancelled the order. Best Nutrition didn't even notify me about the cancellation until I emailed them about. It's an issue with either the companies or the product-not my card. Very displeased.

This was due to our 3rd party fraud system declining your order. We do apologize if this was not correct. We get a few dozen fraud attempts per day, which is why we have this system in place. We have had some complaints out this, so we are going to make a change to the way this works. Instead of it just declining your order, we will also email you as soon as it happens to give you the explanation why the order was declined. We hope this will resolve future issues.
