Hi, We looked into this order and it states it was delivered yesterday. Is this true? Because you ordered a product with ingredients illegal in your country it could have been stuck in custom longer than usual. Hope this helps.

Hi Dan - I did see you selected the economy shipping option with no tracking. It can take some time. The only issue I see is that you ordered a product within ingredients illegal in your country. This might be why the delay at customs. Because the option you chose has no tracking, we cannot look into this. If it is returned to us though, we will give you a full refund of the product price.

On the website it said the product I ordered was in stock or would take 3 days to ship ... 3 days later I get a email from them with a notice of cancellation because it was on back order never again. 1st and last time customer.

We do apologize about that. With many products, we have them delivered daily, and overnight sometimes a product will go on back order without any ETA. I will be looking into your exact order though to see why this happened.
