Hi, This can take longer than usual do to shipping to your country. We looked into it and it just cleared customs. We did state it can take 7-21 business days to your country, so it is still in the time frame of the promised delivery. You should have it very soon :-)

Bought a tub of mesomorph preworkout - cost me in UK currency £35+£10 postage from America, so £45 altogether which is very steep for a preworkout but in my opinion it is the best so fine I bought it BUT you'd think the company would know when sending it that UK customs would slap import taxes onto the product so even though I had already paid £10 postage I had to pay another £14 to receive my product from the postal office. £59 for a tub of preworkout

Hi Arran, Is it rare that you are charged customs fees. We ship dozens of packages to the UK each week with no issue. But if you do look at our International Shipping FAQ we do say: "It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & takes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs." Not sure why they decided on your package, but most of the time the customer isn't charged, but it does happen from time to time.

We are seeing packages taking 7-21 business days, so it could take some extra time. But because it looks like one of the ingredients is banned on your country, there may be delays.

Discussed by their customer service. They sent my goods charged me. Postage but then I had to pay £15 extra charges at my post office as they didn't pay enough. Emailed them 3 times and they didn't with no reply. Will never use this company again!

Hi - Those were most likely custom duties and taxes. This is normal when importing products into a country. We do not pay those as you are responsible for those costs. If you are saying they are actual shipping costs, we can contact our shipper about them.
