Never Arrived...

I did not receive my order and failed to return money

I wish I could even downgrade it from bad to worse. I ordered for my shipment last month, it's coming to a middle of the month a d I'm yet to receive it as if it is traveling from another galaxy. When i inquired, they don't know why the product is, and I have to call a third party - who I don't have an agreement with know where and when that product will surface. I even don't know whether I will still need it then.

Bad i dont recived the productos, the customs take it

I paid for two day shipping which included a Saturday delivery. Learned from ups that they did not check the box for Saturday delivery. As a result, I paid more for the exact same shipping. I received no response from the company when I inquired as to a shipping refund. There are multiple companies who offer this product. I will purchase next time from one of them.

Placed a 4 item order, waited 2 weeks and finally called them. Turns out one of my items was on backorder so they held the whole order. Had no communication during this period at all. After talking to them, they offered to ship it in 2 different shipments but at this point I ran out of supplies and had to go to GNC. Today is June 8th, order was placed on May 25th. Still have not received product. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly but I am not sure I would want to go through this again.

I don´t have receive the package. It was sent back by the german duty and now I wait for get back my money.

I ordered this product almost month ago and still havent received it.
