Honesty here... very disappointed in your turn around time. You claim to ship that day... never have I gotten an order in a timely matter. I'm placing orders over $1,000 WEEKLY... only to not have the product in a timely manner!! I've spoken to several of the "team" there who try to make it right by sending a gym bag.. come on... also, the damage to the boxes and containers once they arrive are unacceptable.. This will be my last order.. thank God for Netrition!

We do apologize but we receive dozens of fraud attempts each day, so we have to have a 3rd party system in place. It does from time to time flag customers that are not fraud and we do apologize that this happened to you.

I still haven't received my merchandise. I called and talked to someone and they said something went wrong with the payment. They said they would fix it and you should see an email soon with shipping info or just an email in general on the issue. I still haven't seen anything or heard anything from them.

Hi Vincent. This was due to our 3rd party fraud system, which flagged your order and declined it. When we ran it through again, it took longer t get approval, but finally did with more information. This rarely happens, but we get dozens of fraud attempts per day. Your order will be shipping out this morning.

To ship anything from IL to WI it costs $10 shipping and it arrives in 7 business days. Awful. I get 10lbs of protein from CA for $5 2day air. This place is a rip off. Update: It's now August 5, a month after the order amd have not been contacted or explained why it took forever to ship. I stand behind my original review. Awful

Hi Blake, I looked into your order as wasn't the norm. You did order Friday night at 10pm and we are closed over the weekends. This should have shipped out Monday, but instead it shipped out Tuesday morning, which I am going to look into. Your order was delivered 2 days later on July 13th. Two days is the normal delivery time, but it did seem longer due to ordering on Friday night and then it not shipping out on Monday like it was supposed to. Also with shipping, according to the order, it was $7, not $10. With shipping prices, many retailers increase product prices and give you cheap shipping, we stick to the shipping prices we pay, which is $7 for over a 4lb box. Again though, I do apologize about it shipping out on Tuesday instead of Monday...I am going to work with our warehouse team today to see why this was. UPDATE: According to tracking, your package was delivered on July 13th at the address you entered with your order. Did you contact your office there and see if they have your box? Absolutely terrible I don't know why you have supplements on your website that you don't have in stock this was the second time this happened to me with your website the first time I was upset but I decided to give you guys another chance and it was the biggest mistake I made all year!

Hello, It looks like we sent you an email and left a message regarding this order with us. Two of the ordered products were discontinued by the manufacture. While placing this order, the product status should have stated "Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed". Due to the product status, we had to await your reply before moving forward with this order. We got this order out the day after it was placed due to our order cut off time/business hours.It shipped out through DHL and the last update was on July 17th saying that it was being tendered over to your local post office for delivery. 1-A mercadoria não chegou dês do dia 16 de junho. 2-Esse código que me enviaram não funciona: UM291481340US. 3-A bestpricenutrition.com deveria ter mais responsabilidade com os clientes e da uma pressão na empresa de entrega correios do Brasil para mudar o histórico do código de rastreamento, mas eu acho que eles pensam que é só enviar e já tá tudo resolvido, não. Tem que acompanhar o cliente até a entrega.

Hi - We looked into your order. You did place it with our cheapest economy shipping option, which has no tracking in your country. It can sometimes take longer. But you did order Melatonin, which is illegal in your country. We state this during checkout. So if you don't receive, your country's customs could have kept it. Hope this helps.
