I waited 2 weeks for my supplements to arrive. I didn’t even get a notification that an item was on back order until I inquired as to why I hadn’t received my supplements the 6th day.

Prices are high compared to other sites

I placed an order on best price nutrition. The deal was amazing and could not be passed up. The order was placed on January 1st before 1:00 p.m. PST. Seeing that it was New Year's Day, I assumed a package would not be shipped until the following day. Fast forward to Friday, Jan. 3rd and the shipment had still not even had the label generated. On Saturday the shipment left their warehouse in CHI. USPS tracking showed my package was set to be delivered on Monday. On Monday, I received information that there was a delay and the shipment would not be received. Tuesday through Thursday the shipment was still showing in the Chicago area. Today Friday, Jan. 9th, the shipment was finally scanned in my state of Arizona. I hope that it's out for delivery tomorrow but at this point I may be waiting an additional week for my package to be delivered. Extremely disappointed up to this point. I just hope the product arrives in good condition and is the correct shipment.

I am waiting for my purchase!! Is it normal that its not arrived. My order was made the 08 of october

Twice now I have ordered with the expectation that shipping and delivery would be within the 2-4 days as promised and both times my order was delayed because you were out of the product but that was not indicated when my order was placed. Each time this resulted in a great delay and a phone call to explain with no offer of credit or overnight shipping. Very disappointing.

The product is great, it got to my home reasonably quick but your constant emails are rude and obnoxious and written like an overpromoted pr person who had 6 cups of coffee wrote them. Send me my supplements accurately, quickly and at a good price and knock it off with the bs. The only emails I should receive are tracking emails.

Very dissatisfied with my ordering and shipping experience with you! I placed my order and four days later the items still had not shipped so I called only to find out that you did not have both items I ordered in stock! A courtesy email to say we only have one item in stock would you like us to ship the one we have would have been nice!

When we received the 2 boxes of Orgain protein bars we had ordered from your company we were very disappointed to find that the bars had melted. They must have been on the delivery truck all day so in the 100+ temperature in Henderson, Nevada the heat affected the quality of the product. We had to put the bars in the freezer to firm them up so we could eat them.
