Hi - The shipping was delayed due to our warehouse and office move that week. We did state this on the website, but it may have been missed. We do apologize. Your package did ship out late in August though. Again, we do apologize for the confusion during our move.

Hi Salvador, This was our 3rd party prevention team. They look at multiple things to check on orders. We do get dozens of attempted fraud orders per day, which is why. We do apologize if your order was caught up in our fraud system and we were unable to ship to you. The Best Price Nutrition Team

I couldn't purchase the product I wanted to buy because they didn't trust my Paypal account even if i sent them the required information, which,in my opinion, was too much and too personal. How does people suppose to buy at this shop from abroad? I will never try to buy anything at this shop and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We do apologize as the Paypal account must not have been confirmed. Because we get dozens of fraud attempts per day, we have to use a 3rd party fraud system.

Delivered to wrong address which was probably my fault, but then wanted me to pay the shipping charges to get it re-shipped.

Because we have to pay for shipping again to ship to the correct address, if it is our fault we will cover it, but when the customer enters the wrong address, we must charge for it as we have to pay for it again with the shipping company.

Hi Kayla, I spoke with the customer service team and they mentioned they did speak with you a couple times regarding this situation. Your package did ship out the day after your placed it. It seems that DHL lost the package during transit. We then offered you either a refund or we would re-ship the package. The reason for the wait is that we have to give DHL for a full 7 business days to arrive. At that point in time we waited for your call and refunded you. I do apologize about the confusion as DHL is usually pretty good at shipping, but they did lose your package in this case. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team

New Order # 300449580. item I purchased took a month to receive it and it was ruined/spoiled . Once I opened it there must've been some moisture some where between their warehouse the the carrier. So in a nutshell I wasted $40 bucks

Hi - We looked into the issue. Looks like one of the products you ordered was a pre-order, and another product was a product that stated delayed shipping due to low/no stock. Either way, I believe customer service contacted you and is next day airing the products you had issues with? Hope this helps!

Hi Sara - When you placed your order, one of your products stated Out of Stock and the other stated Low Stock. This is why the wait for shipping. We do apologize for any confusion this caused. Your package did ship out on July 28th.

I received damaged product I was refunded but I was also told I would receive a replacement for inconvenience because I opened the box and made a big mess in my car and then I never received the new one
