I did a purchase Sep 3. My order never arrived. The package returned to the store and I never saw my money back. Bad communication, the Chat of the website dont work. They take 2/3 days to answer an email.

My products took over two weeks to be delivered. I never received a message letting me know that they had not sent my items because one item was out of inventory. Yet when I placed the order, it said in stock. I had to chat with company after a week of not getting my items; all the rep said was sorry for the inconvenience.

I dont received my product. I'M NO satisfied.

no tracking information was sent with my expedited shipping and it took a week longer because tge company was moving.

They refund me the purchase without let me know the issue after one week

Took to long. 3 weeks No shipping communication bad experience and ice ordered before so didn't know why this time was worst

I made a purchase on the 21st August, received an email saying your purchase was successful it's now 3 weeks later haven't received any notification to say my order has been shipped... very angry and annoyed as I'm wondering if this site is a scam.
