Hi Angelo, This order left our facility on 9/20/2017 and is still currently in transit with today being the 25th business day. India shipping time frame is 16-30 business days. The last update in tracking was on 10/20/2017 saying it arrived at delivery terminal. Hi Nonato, We do apologize, as we have a 3rd party order review system. We receive a few dozen fraudulent orders per day, so this type of system is needed.
