It's been 36 days from date of dispatched my product but still product has not delivered. You have to send periodic updates on product tracking, not me always following up you for product delivery updates.

I ordered product 12/15/17 was instock said normally ships same day. Called customer service 12/22/15 Girl on phone said was not instock as my email receipt said. They made sure to charge me right away. Rep. seemed to not really care. Had not used Best Price Nutrition in a few years thought I would try them again. NEVER AGAIN... Your Shipment #300421951 for Order #300468226. VERY DISAPOINTING... BACK TO TFS SUPPLEMENTS...

My shipment arrived beyond the 5-7 business days. It was due to an item that came free withmy order and not my orde itself. When I expressed my concerns and asked for my shipment to just be sent and was ok with the other items, I got absolutely no response. I wanted to wait for my review to ensure I received my order as I'll never order anything else from this distributor again.

Site allowed me to purchase a product that wasn’t even in stock or available for that matter indefinitely. This reflects negatively as a disappointment thinking I got a product I really wanted at a great price! Site falsely showed “in stock”, only to receive an email days later showing otherwise and I would be receiving refund. I understand things like this can happen, but it’s definitely disappointing.

We do apologize Vince. This is normally a product we get in daily, but recently it went out of stock quickly and our inventory system didn't keep up. This isn't the norm, but I want to let you know I am looking into the situation with this product and stock statuses in general.

Hi Beau, I wanted to look into this for you. We did ship your package out the same day you ordered. Looking at tracking, the post office mis-delivered it. We started an investigation with the post office into their mistake. We then emailed you and called you a few times with the phone number and email address on file. I ordered on Friday November 24th and chose expedited shipping 2-5 business days. Expected delivery date was December 5, 7 business days later. Yet nothing has arrived... my tracking shows it was sent by UPS however it appears to have been transferred to USPS. Ups doesn't have it and the local post office thinks it's coming by FedEx... no idea at this point where or with whom it's with. Next time see if bb.com or suppz will price match as I have had NO issues with their orders.

Hi Nathan - Thank you for your comments. We did look into your order. It was placed on Friday evening at 9pm, which was past any pick up time, so the earliest it would have shipped out would have been on Monday. But when you placed your order it did state "Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed". This item was one of our Black Friday deals and it sold out quickly. We did get the product back in stock on Wednesday and your order was one of the first to be shipped out. We are actually going to contact the post office to see why the delay in getting your package though, as it normally doesn't take this long. With the conversations we have had with the post office over the past week, due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, they have been backed up more than usual, but this is no excuse. We hope that you enjoy your supplements when you receive them and let us know if you have any questions on taking them.
