Hi Adam, I spoke with our customer service team about your order. Looks like you forgot to add an apartment number to your order, which is why it was returned back to us weeks later (the mail service really takes their time to get packages like this back). Once we did get it back, we did call you. But yes, there was a $5 re-ship fee, as we did have to pay the shipping for the first package we sent out. I do apologize for the confusion though. Hi Viktoria, It was shipped out when you purchased, but it was returned to us a week later stating it was damaged during transit. We then shipped out another package to you on Feb 1st. Because this is an International order, it can take some time to reach you in the UAE. Hope this helps!

Hi David, I spoke with our customer service team. Looks like when you placed the order, it stated "Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed". You asked us to hold onto the order until it came back in stock. It's still on backorder to this day, though. on February 7th you asked for a refund. We submitted the refund back to you that same day. It can take up to 5-7 business days for it to reflect the refund in your bank. Hope this helps. The Best Price Nutrition Team

Hi Lissa, Nellie said she spoke with you yesterday to explain the situation. I apologize that it was more of an issue than we thought. Between the weather that hit Chicago last week and the unavailability of it afterwards, that is why we had to cancel it. I understand your frustration with the stock status on the website. This has been an issue for other customers as well. We are moving to a whole new platform due to this feedback. Things like this will end next month. Hi Ted, I am sorry you had this experience with us. I went through your order. Looks like you placed your order on Saturday and we contacted you on Tuesday about the "Low" stock item. We showed it as Out of Stock, but even if it was Low Stock, we do state shipping may be delayed. Because of the Out of Stock product, we refunded you, and then upgraded the rest of your order to USPS Priority. We could't expedite the other product because it did state that is shipping would be delayed. Again, I do apologize for the confusion. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team

Hi Mingma, We looked into your order as I really wanted to see what happened. You chose economy shipping, which has limited tracking. It does state this when you place your order. Also, you ordered Mesomorph, which had DMAA in it, which is illegal in your country. While we did ship out it, we do state it is your risk when ordering items banned in your country. Most of the time it is ok (95% of them time it gets through fine), but your customs most likely caught it, which is why it was never delivered. We never received the package back either, in which we would have refunded you. I am sorry for your experience with our company, but when ordering products banned in your country, it is your risk whether they get through customs or not. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team
