Hi Jesús, For International orders we do state it can take up to 21 business days.You choose the non-trackable economy shipping so we cannot track where it is at currently. You may want to check with your customs office as the Noopept can have issues with some countries.

Placed an order, 3 weeks later and still haven't received it. Then i get an email saying that the product is out of stock! And on top of that i still haven't been refunded. That was my first, (and definitely my last) experience with this them.

I placed an order over a month ago and only received half of the order. I emailed them, asking them when the rest of my order would be delivered and they never contacted me back. Never was made aware that one of my two supplements was on backorder...After two weeks of not knowing where my products were I called . I was told one was on back order indefently and the other supplment would be shipped once they had both. Really bad customer service.😒

Product not as described. Ordered Kraken with DMHA according to both the product picture and product description. They shipped kraken without DMHA. They did offer a return label but that is just a hassle and a longer wait to get more.

Companies do not tell us when they change formulas unfortunately We do state this, as well as many retailers in the industry: Also, because manufacturers continually change product specifications without notice. While we try our best to keep product descriptions up to date, they do not necessarily reflect the latest information available from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated product descriptions and/or images. With 1000's of products, it is impossible to keep up with changes. We do apologize Dorota... We looked into your order. You placed it on the 12th and it shipped on the 14th. Looks like issues are with the shipper and/or customs, which is why the issue with delivery times. Normally there are no issues, but sometimes things arise with the shipping company or customs. We will try to look into why this happened with your order though. With your shipping comment, you are correct. Shipping outside the USA is very expensive for us. We would lose money on every International order if we paid for shipping. We do try to keep it cheaper with our economy shipping, but unfortunately we must charge for shipping outside the USA. After items should have been delivered, they tell me out of stock. They would not ship any items until they could ship all items. I pick another item labeled “in stock” and am told it is out of stock as well. Almost 2 weeks after I placed the original order, I am refunded.
