I ordered my products 3 weeks ago and have still not received them. When I contacted customer service after the first week, I was told that the products were out of stock when I ordered them, even though it was not noted on the website that they were out of stock. I was then told they would be “special ordered” and shipped out to me. I am still waiting for them to arrive. It’s the first and last time I will ever use this site.

The website was old and not up to date with products in inventory. I ordered and paid for 2-3 day shipping. They waited 3-4 business days to even tell me that they didn't carry the products I ordered. So I called back it was 5:55 Eastern Standard Time.. I told her that it would take me a few seconds to find something else since they didn't carry what they had on their website... my second and third choices were not in stock either so I told her it would take me three or four minutes to find something else and that's when she told me that they close at 6 my time I think it's 7 Central Time either way she told me they were closing and that I would have to wait till Monday because it was Friday night... you literally couldn't stay at work an extra 10 minutes to make up to a customer that you guys dicked over for 3-4 days? That was the last straw I told her just to cancel the entire order and give me my money back. I haven't and would never use or buy anything from this company again. And if I heard a random stranger or friend saying they were going to buy something from this website or company I would tell them not to... That's How Strong of an impression you gave me... 5 thumbs down.

Awful experience- my shipment came in and was so many broken pieces I called to complain lady left me voicemail I called back and left another voicemail and lady never returned my call I would never order from this company again
