We are still investigating what happen to the missing product. We will be contacting the mailing company so we should both know soon. We show it was packed in our warehouse. We did offer you the free product for what was missing. We are sorry for your experience, but as I said, we are investigating what happened to the product during transit.

Ordered 7-4-18 and nothing was said to be out of stock. One week later I receive only HALF of my order with a note saying that the rest will ship separately. I wait a few more days and call AND email. I am told that the rest WAS shipped the same day I called and I am provided with a UPS tracking number for the 2nd shipment. 1 week after being told it WAS shipped the UPS number still says that UPS is waiting to receive the shipment. I call them back and they said they only had half of my second shipment in stock and were waiting for the rest to ship it all. 1 star review for lying to me earlier and saying it was shipped when it wasn't. Now, me being irate they shipped me what they had in stock but it is now exactly 3 weeks later and I'm still missing 1/4 of my order.

Hi Katie - I believe our customer service team called you around noon and left a voicemail to see if you received it. We are trying to figure this out as the shipper said it was delivered. Please call us back as soon as possible.
