Too slow in shipping and NO COMMUNICATION. Took almost an entire month before I finally received what had been ordered yet they had no issue taking full payment in less than 48 hours.

Service is very slow. Wouldn't recommend. Sorry but I'm being honest.

I placed an order on April 12, 2023 and emphasized that I'm travelling to take them for my ill mother. She told me that I should get it on Monday April 17. I did not receive and called to find out that they have not shipped the items yet. I was frustrated and asked for a supervisor. I objected to him for their service. He did not care, made fun of me and replied sarcastic remarks. I wonder when will he realize human aspect of his life. l lost 5 days and wasted time with Best Price Nutrition. I'm travelling in 3 days. I will have to buy the items somewhere else with extra expediting shipping cost.

I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. The product diannabol Had zero impact. I contacted the customer service and they said they will not provide any refund. Bad business won’t ever use them again

I ordered two orders from this place on March 20, 2023. Even paid for expedited shipping. I have received no update other than they are "backed up". I have since sent another email to try and get a shipping date but no response. At this point, I just want a refund. I would 100% recommend NOT using this place as it seems this a very common issue with multiple complaints. Update: Orders went out on March 27. Set to deliver today. I think better communication would help in these situations.
