Poor inventory control

product was delivered to an address that does not exist. when I asked for assistance did not receive product or a response. So mu money was taken and I have no product. Thanks.

Ordered pills that I have in the past and did not get the same results. I wrote customer service and they let me know the formula changed about a year ago. I asked about an exchange and a recommendation for another supplement was told they need to have the product before we discuss an exchange. WOW! Ok, then I find out that I will paying for shipping for the return as well as exchange. I said I would just do the return in that case to risk not having to return a recommended item. I was then told I cannot have a refund because the item is open. So.... If something does not work for you you CANNOT get a refund! I am blown away by this process especially for this type of company. Awful customer service. I would suggest Nutrition Warehouse. In response because I cannot reply. What I got from the BPN response is they are more concerned about the company losing money on a return than the customer being happy with a purchase and being a return customer. I want to note that I was happy to pay shipping for the exchange product which I feel is an except able request from a company. They noted that most companies have the same policy however I have had a problem similar to this and Nutrition Warehouse resolved the issue with no hassle. This review was also about the customer service. The response I was given about the exchange was AWFUL customer service. (See above review) I should have checked reviews on BPN customer service before ordering.

False advertising! Sent me different product than was advertised and then told me I must have seen an old Ad? BS. Bait and switch

Twice best nutrition has taken my order online, has shown product available, but has been unable to fulfill the order, and has had to refund my charge card. P*ss poor performance. My expectations of being able to do any business with this company are very low.
