I left Bestpricenutrition.com for 2-3 years because they were always out of stock on just about every order I placed, so I switched to illpumpyouup.com. And guess what? I had the same issue + bad product always being delivered clumped, sometimes open with broken seals. Once product came cracked and the whole box was filled with protein powder. They took care of me but in a really round about fashion. I would have gave Bestprice 5 stars but on my first order back they called to let me know they were out of ON Natural Casein protein. I laughed out loud! I guess inventory will be an issue no matter where you go! Bestprice is tipping the scale more for me vs. illpumpyouup.

when I made my initial purchase, I got confirmation email of the purchase. It took a little over three days for someone to respond to my email when I requested for shipping information. Claudia Barrile, respended quickly. I received my purchased a few days after that. The experience wasnt bad, but Id prefer the shipping details be available faster.

I like this company overall they have a good selection, good competitive pricing and a knowledgeable staff who can help with questions. They love to promote their free sample polices with orders and at first they were great my first couple orders it was like Christmas time when opened up a box but my last two orders I've had a total of one free sample. To say the least I was disappointed hopefully on my next order it will be better. Also shipping is always 2 days from their to me but sometimes processing the order takes too long. Overall I do like the company and for now I will continue using them as my supplement supplier.

I'm glad that I came across this site. The prices are great along with the variety of products. I also like how you can utilize points to drop the prices. The delivery was reasonable. I'm excited and can't wait to place my next order which will be very soon.

I do really like this store, great prices, costumer service the best. Couple times I had some question and they reply very quickly. The only one thing (that's why my 4 stars) need to improve little more on shipping., it's say ship the same day (haven't happen to me all the times) some times take more of one day or I had email asking for my products, and I noted the shipping 48 hours after I order, plus the shipping its to hight prices.
