I have ordered from Bestpricenutrition before and had issues with shipping. I was hesitant to order from them again. When the other site I used to order from ran out of a product I decided to try bestpricenutrition again. My order was delivered in under a week, I hope this is a new trend for their shipping and customer service

I have been waiting for a delivery since February 17th it's now the 8th March very disappointing have been buying from you for a while now not sure if you have changed carriers to send to Australia.

called the company. the product was in stock. shipped that day and received a couple of days later.

Fast and prompt process

Order was well priced, shipped quickly and was delivered within 2 days. Can't ask for anything more than that.

I haven't found anywhere that offers cheaper prices than BPN. I usually enjoy dealing with this company but I've had recent frustrations involving back ordered items. I placed an order that said the product was in stock, but after I paid, the confirmation email told me it was back ordered. I received a follow up email but have tried to get more information as to when my product will be arriving and no one will get back to me. I order supplements as needed and I don't want to wait 3+ weeks for an item I didn't know was out of stock when I ordered it.

If you are out of a product you should let people know before they place an order .
