I barely ever write reviews, let let alone negative ones, but I am so disappointed with my purchase. I've ordered probiotics and it took 2 weeks for this company to ship them out. I have ordered the same product from another company about 2 days later and I have received them a week ago.... Such a difference!!! Best Price Nutrition is a domestic company, so their costumers should not be waiting this long for their already paid products... I will never buy from here again...

Should not be offering merchandise which is not in stock and unable to acquire. It was about a week before I found out that it was unavailable. Ordered elsewhere had to request refund, which they did immediately.

Charged meeven though they were out of stock. Took forever to pay me back.

I have made purcases at Best Price Nutrition twice, and both times I ended up not getting the products but having a full refund though. People at customers service always make up excuses. My first purchase was to be delievered in Angola (my home country). 4 days after my purchase they emailed me informing they were unable to bill my credit card (which was unbelivable to me as I was shopping online and I was able to make more payments after them). After a year, I received an email from Best Price Nutrition about a supplement I've been long searching for and they were having it on sale (buy one get one free). However, this time around the problem was no longer on my credit card but in the availability of the product. All the six to seven flavours they had were already out-of-stock and in order for them to get from other sources, I had to pay extra. Therefore for the second time, I receive a full refund and had no product (which was exactly what I wanted).

They have products that are not in stock. They take a week to let you know, then days before they respond to your email. It’s unfortunate

I ordered glutamine on 12/9. I still have not received the product, nor have I received any update on its status when I check my order. It is now 12/31.

Never received anything after many delays.

Scam. My probiotics that need to be refrigerated were not delivered cold and they made me pay to return the item.
