The product I received is not the same one I purchased. Shady site. The product sent to me was a different version without the only two active ingredients that do anything. What I got was over priced liver support. I complained and was shown the fine print that products may change without notice. Last time I fall for that.

website failed to process $5.00 credit offered by email before order. Company refused to process credit to my credit card when appraised of the overcharge.

Placed an order on January 3. Didn’t hear anything so January 16 I reached out to them to inquire. I was told an item was on backorder but the other item wasn’t shipped either. As of January 31 I have not even received any update on status???

I ordered a bottle of Probiotics on December 28th. By the second week, I called & cancelled the order as it had not been processed. I had to use Amazon in order to get some kind of service. I did consider the holiday delay, but I thought this was a simple case of bad customer service.

I order this product a long time ago on dec 26th and paid for 2-4 day shipping. Im just now getting a message on Jan 16th saying it has been shipped out. I still have not recieved it in my hand and its been 3 week.
