This company waited 10 days to let me know they do not have 2 of my items in stock. This is after paying extra for 2-3 day shipping. Horrible customer service!!

Was charged on credit card 5/15 for order and still haven’t received it as of June 5. I’d say that’s bad customer service!

ordered aminolift-6 containers was notified by email that order was placed and shipped visa card charged day of order after 1 week+ 2 days had not heard anything-no info on delivery date original order was scheduled 2 to 5 business days timing was important -wanted to take with me on month long extended travels- called and was told had not been shipped -not even in stock-not notified that it was not coming.Cancelled order- will not order from this company again.

My product says it was delivered to the customer and I haven't received nothing yet.. .several days have passed and the only answer I get from the customer service its different internationals package tracking numbers who says the same "delivered to the customer".. . Ill insist in to try to get my products for some days more and if nothing happens I would like to get my money back.. .till now nothing possitive from the overall purchase

I would give zero stars if I could. I never received the product. I was told that it was backordered and I could get a refund but when I called I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I left a number for a call back, no one ver called me back.
