Neal B.
everything is good just shipping is a bit expensive.
Response from BestpricenutritionOct 10, 2022
Thanks for your order Neal, shipping costs are increasing across the board due to fuel prices but we try to keep them as low as possible. We offer free shipping on orders over $99 and free shipping on most of our most popular products.

Good product selection. Good prices and afterpay. Only problem is shipping time. Standard shipping, is taking a while.

Ordered 3 items and one of them expires in October, received end of July. I ordered a 5lb tub and will still use it, just would not have expected to receive it so close to the expiration date as I like to rotate through flavors and not open one at a time.
Response from BestpricenutritionAug 4, 2022
Just checked our warehouse stock and everything has expirations of 2024 and 2025 so if an older tub slipped through we apologize. Just reached out to you via email and sent you a 20% OFF coupon a future Precision Protein purchase.

My order was not in stock. It was on back oder for 3 or 4 months. It would have been nice if you would have shipped it free or a tee shirt. Lol

Response from BestpricenutritionJun 1, 2022
AB, we apologize for any delay. Products that state "Shipping Delayed" on the product page are items which are not physically in our warehouse but which we can typically get within a day or two, if a product shows shipping delayed in the future feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we can give you a better idea if the manufacturer of said product is backordered or has delays before you order. YOu can reach us at 1-800-499-4810 or use the chat function on the bottom of the site.

Slow shipping and wrong tracking link. You sent me the DPD tracking link instead of UPS. I live in Canada not in Europe.
Response from BestpricenutritionMay 16, 2022
We apologize for that, we are currently fixing issues with tracking info being sent.

Everything is on back order :(
Response from BestpricenutritionFeb 2, 2022
Kimberly unfortunately like pretty much every other industry in the country the supplement industry is also experiencing supply chain issues and ingredient shortages. We apologize for any inconvenience however items which are on backorder status have a warning on product pages informing customers they are shipping delayed and we're constantly bringing in new products and new brands to keep the products everybody uses available and in stock to the best of our ability. Feel free to contact our customer service department at 1-800-499-4810 and we can verify availability of items and/or suggest a comparable alternative.

First way too high, set set ok. Prefer all 4 for $51 each. Paid $41 each last order in 2021.
Response from BestpricenutritionJan 13, 2022
Bill every industry is seeing huge inflation right now, used cars up 40%, Beef and Meat prices up 40% plus, the supplement industry is not immune to this. Across the board the cost of everything is going up as raw materials and the cost of shipping has increased dramtically.
