While I got an email saying my shipment is on its way, the USPS Tracking website gave me no updates until it was out for delivery.

Dave, that has nothing to do with us, that's an issue with the post office. USPS is delivery confirmation not true tracking like Fedex or UPS so its possible to get a package before you ever see a scan. These reviews are intended to be of us not USPS.

Ty, I can't find any record of an order from you by this name but feel free to contact our customer service team at 1-800-499-4810. Like many industries there are a lot of supply chain shortages in the supplement space so it's possible the item you ordered had a "Shipping Delayed" notice on it meaning the manufacturer is backordered, but please reach out to us and we'd be happy to assist you.

Shipping time is much higher than other sites. Received email that this would be rectified but another order I placed had the same issue. BP sends an email Hip Hip Hooray! that the order was shipped but this is not the case. Instead of useless emails proclaiming that the order was received and blah blah blah, they should get their act together and just fill and ship the orders. Are they running a business or a comedy show?

Couldn't fill my order. Waited a month for supply, per my request. When time ran out I had to contact them (more than once) to get a refund. Refund received in full.

Jacob, sorry for your experience, we've recently hired a more customer service and order fulfillment team members and are improving communication and fulfillment. Many manufacturers are still dealing with supply chain issues stemming from the past year of lockdowns. We typically advise our customers to choose a new product to swap to or take a refund as opposed to waiting for products with no ETA from the manufacturer for this reason, as we don't know when the manufacturers will be able to ship more.

Placed my order May 26th and still hasn’t even shipped. No apology email. No update email. No offer for a refund while still promising to send the order. First time ordering here. If you’re short staffed that explains why it’s late; but it doesn’t explain why I have to come here to read your feedback to other angry customers to find that out. Send my order please and make it up to me as you deem appropriate. That last part will help me figure out if I come back again.

Upselling after I checkout is not cool! I kept getting email reminders that I still have an item in my cart - even though I paid for it. Then I get Fraud Alert from my credit card company of someone trying to charge $39 during the wee hours on a Sunday??? What is going on here???
