Terrible customer service. Ordered vitamins that were sent to an incomplete address. It was their error and not mine. When I called to complain, I had to speak to a supervisor. They should have sent a new shipment by overnight mail but they never even offered. Instead, they gave me a full refund with shipping; the refund has still has not shown up on my credit card. Because of it, I have needed to dispute the charge. I'll never do business with them again. Amazon is cheaper, their customer service is better, and their shipping is faster.

Never received my product and got charged for it. Even do you guys said it was delivered on 6/13/19 I never received it

I have ordered my product a while ago, and my credit card has been charged but no product. I don’t have a phone number to call just an email.

I placed an order on 23 June 2019, it was charged on my credit card on 24 June and then nothing happened. I called a week ago approximately and was told they were waiting for a NOW oil shipment. I was told they would update me, possibly send my probiotics and then ship the oils later but I have received nothing. This is not acceptable.

The gave me an expired product and I could tell just by taking the fat burner. I was refunded seven dollars.

Never received product. No refund. Terrible customer service.
