My package arrived 10 days late, BPN took my order knowing they didn’t have the item I needed in stock. I needed it before I went on vacation. When I spoke to a manager he lied and blamed it being lost on the US post office. The Post office and the tracking number confirmed that the package was never shipped when BPN claimed it to be lost in the mail. BPN lied, didn’t take responsibility or let me cancel the order when I knew I wouldn’t get it on time.

I would have never placed a order had I known that the item wasn't in stock or to learn about that many days later. Customer service gave me free shipping to make up for it when, being a business owner myself, I should have received a more generous offer to gain back my good favor to want to do business. Then to receive stock emails that are airy-fairy, was so inappropriate as no one has taken this customer service issue on. Bad Business Practices for Best Price Nutrition. I'll not order from them again as a result.

Stop with the spam already. Be prepared to receive endless amount of spam to your email after making this purchase. Leave a review about the spam and then you’ll get more spam saying you didn’t say enough about how much spam we sent you so we decided to keep sending you more spam about the spam you unsubscribed to but still get spam anyway. I made sure to check the box to not sign up for spam but they’ll definitely send you spam.

The supplement I purchased did not do what the description stated it would, at all. I feel VERY let down from the helladrol. All it did was increase my heart rate, NOTHING else.
