because it is so ridiculous to get this survey before the product, you don't even ask if the product was received, you just send emails at large like that, so so unprofessional and a big turn off to do business with you again,,,i really don't care if you mention that it was it as sent automatically, then go fix your algorithms

The product has artificial sugar called sucralose which is really Splenda and it gives me migraine headaches

I go to their web site and there's a pop-up for 10% off, so I give them my email address and get the code for the discount. When I order, there's free shipping for orders above $75, so I order enough product for the free shipping, but as soon as I apply the discount code, the shipping charge appears with a note that free shipping does not apply for orders 10 lbs or over, even though when I place the order a special note shows that the order qualifies for free shipping! Definitely will not order from scammers!!

Took 4 days to ship, not even a weekend or holiday. Ordered on a Wednesday and got it 8 days later. When I first started ordering it was within a few days the past 3 or 4 have taken double that.

I contacted the company after taking their product for 5 days. Highly displeased. Told the representative that the product should state abdominal discomfort and bowel disruption possible. Suggested a product refund as I barely took any (maybe 5?) as the strength of the product was not suited for me. Received a call back FOLLOWING day she said she had to ask if my symptoms were related. I assured her they were. She left voicemail regarding different product. I called back with reply. Left message. NO RETURN CALL BACK TO ME. ITS BEEN WEEKS. What supplement maker doesn’t stand behind their product when customer is completely dissatisfied. I offered to return the bottle with the few missing as well. VERY DISPLEASED. Update: Only wish I could post a screenshot of my call log to show I indeed called back and left message to which they did not reply and are now saying I never called. Additionally, I told the rep up front first call that I was not interested in “trying” different products of theirs as I didn’t have confidence I wouldn’t have digestive problems again.

Yeah it’s nothing personal against them it’s just the service itself was terrible and the idea that Walmart had to get involved was a hassle

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your experience, however you e-mailed and said the postal service left your boxes of cookies out in the rain. We promptly shipped a package to you the next day, and Walmart was never involved, you e-mailed us directly.
