First experience could have been better.
I ordered a product for the first time that was stated to be in stock. Then a notice that the product was scheduled to ship via UPS arrived. A week later no product arrived and required me to call only to find out that the product had not shipped and was not even in stock. I should have been notified when I placed my order about the lack of product. Product arrived about a week later. Was the price worth the wait? Will probably buy from them again but price isn't everything. Never had this problem with my higher priced sources.

I do apologize about that experience. We have been having a couple issues with some manufacturers this year and keeping products in stock. You shouldn't have received a notice when the product was actually out of stock. I will be looking into ways to resolve this so things like this don't happen again.
