Best Price is great except need to be more informative about out of stock with their items. You wait twice as long for delivery because the items are out at the warehouse. And dont tell you anything until after your purchase.

i have placed several orders for products and the last 2 orders never shipped due to back ordered products. I do wish they would ship what they have in stock and give us a timeframe when back orders will be filled.

MATERIAL WAS RECEIVED EARLIER THAN PROMISED. NOXITROPIN PM POWDER WAS A SOLID BRICK AND UNUSABLE. SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS ADVISED THAT REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WOULD BE SENT. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED NEW PRODUCT. THIS IS THE FIRST PROBLEM I HAVE HAD. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. WAITING TO SEE HOW RETURNS ARE HANDLED.

I like ordering from the site. Plenty of products. Just seems like the shipping gets slower every time I order.

I do apologize about your latest order. It looks like we ran out of stock on the product over the weekend and it got out late. I will be talking with our purchasing manager into this issue. With your order, email me personally at [email protected] and I will make sure to include a bunch of samples with your order. Thank you, Jeff Moriarty

Only order from here if you know for sure the product that you want. If you are testing out what protein shake will be best for your body (ex: digestibility, insulin peaks, etc), I suggest Amazon or Bodybuilding where they will help you with the return shipping and replacement, as long as you have only tried the product once. So at this point, here are my options: 1) Keep protein shake that gives me horrible cramps 2) Replace the product which will be more expensive: a) Pay out of my pocket for return shipping b) Pay out of my pocket for replacement shipping. So, really, order from here only if you know that your supplement/ protein works well with your body.

I have ordered 3 times and each time have had problems with the website. However, when I contact the company by phone, they have always been very helpful. I love their products and think it is high quality. I refer others to them due to that fact alone.

Hi Gail - Can you explain what problems you are having? We receive 100's of orders per day without issue, so I would be interested in learning why you are having issues every time you try to order with us. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team

Like selection price and support. Do not like shipping methods takes up to 7 days earlier to receive order if it was free could not complain but when paying shipping cost expect to receive sooner

It can sometimes take longer depending on where our product ships. We do ship 95% of our packages out the same day. Thank you for liking our price and support though. We try to provide the best prices and multiple options for support (email, phone and live chat).

13 emails is the usual every time I order. Only 3 are needed: 1) to confirm the order 2) when it is going to arrive 3) when it's delivered Otherwise, stay out of my mailbox - you're not invited. I'm 1 step away from blocking your communications & finding another company to order from. Want to jack around with me? Do it & you lose the business, period.
