The site of this Bestpricenutrition being regular to me, did some shopping, buy 6 I did on the site only 3 arrived yet, the rest is in the carrier's warehouse . and already spent more than 15 days = /

The prices are good, the selection is great but kinda slow to ship

I was contacted a day or 2 after I placed my order and asked if I wanted a refund because part of my order was out of stock for 1 to 2 weeks. I said no, I can wait. Now that it has been 2 weeks, still no word. I contacted them a few days ago for an update but got no response. Hopefully I will get an update or tracking number soon. Not a great first impression.

Shipping takes too long, no matter which option is chosen.

I ordered PES select and the price was fair after 10% off coupon. Freight was high for being a state away and took longer than the same order from a competetor in WA by 3 days and their freight was cheaper than BPN. I also didnt recieve the sample that was supose to be included. Will only buy from again if 10% off coupon is offered or better experiences are found elsewhere. I like supporting local companies but to a point.

I have ordered from best price nutrition multiple times and every time I have an issue with my order. It either comes after the stated shipping date or is shipped days after the order is placed. This most recent order said it shipped however after over a week I received a phone call from them starting one of the products I ordered is on back order and my order will be shipping now even though I already received a notice saying it was shipped. In addition according to the website the product I orders was in stock. Over all I think I am done buying from best price nutrition. Would rather pay alittle more and get it faster and have the products I order that say are in stock be shipped to me. I may sound alittle rough on best price nutrition however I have ordered from another company for years (bb) and I have always recieved my products in 2 days and everything I order is shipped out.

Some times they have good deals, but not often. Got my products, took over a week to get here, than I tried getting a hold of someone for a little advise on how to take the stuff and nothing. Then was told I would get free samples but nothing came with my order, which is no big deal. So, like I said, just your avg. supplement company.

Delivery was quick. Customer service and transaction fantastic. I should of reviewed what I purchased, because I ordered the wrong item. My fault and was disappointed when I received the package. Doubt check next time.
