Price was great but shipping took forever so if you need it in a hurry ya might wanna check somewhere else

I was happy they carried the pre-workout I wanted but was less than impressed with their order handling. I didn't receive any notice about my order after it was placed, then I used the online chat to see where my order was and was told it shipped the previous day, which was several days after I placed the order which I thought would ship out the next business day.

I like their prices and special offers, but I have had to wait over 3 weeks on both of the two orders I have made through them. The first time they contacted me to let me know the item was on back order so I gave them another try. But having to wait for an order for so long a second time, I might do better to try another company.

I placed my order Dec.29th but wasn't informed til Jan. 5th that what ordered wasn't in stock.I think that can be improved upon. But did substitute another product and it should be here tomorrow.

My product was supposed to be delivered in two business days. It arrived in five business days. Disappointed.

I chose BPN for my latest protein order to save a couple bucks (literally, like $4). I knew one of my 3 tubs of protein was on backorder, but the site said it would be available in 1-2 weeks. I thought maybe my other two tubs would be shipped anyways, but I was wrong. It ended up taking 24 days to get my order. I did contact customer service and was responded to in a timely manner. So that is a plus. When I opened my order I noticed I didn't even receive the correct 'free sample' I chose. And no other freebies were included like most other online supplement stores will throw in. Next time I will just pay a few bucks more and order through BB.com. I know I will get my items quicker and at least get a t-shirt, a magazine, and a supplement sample or two out of it.

i ordered my products on 11.23.15 and it's 12.07.15 and I still do not have them, and the tracking information doesn't so anything helpful either. Frustrating.

The first time I had ordered I had no problems what so ever. The second time however I never received an email stating my was shipped then I logged into my account only to find that they say my package had been delivered when I had never received one at all.
