WELL web site hard to sit up and getting help from them good luck!!!!

I have been purchasing the Trutein protein powder for about a year. It comes in two sizes - 2 lb & 4 lb. I prefer the 4 lb but it seems no matter what flavor I want it is out of stock and on back order. Then I drop back to the 2 lb and have the same problem or it indicates that it is in stock but I get a call several days later explaining that it is out of stock and asking if I want to choose a different flavor. Once or twice this happening would be no problem but now it happens with every order. Makes me very unhappy.

I recently purchased a 5lb jug of isonatural protein. The price was good the shipping not so much. When I made the order the company said the product was in stock with next day shipping. In my email confirmation delivery date was the Wednesday after ordering. I was ok with that. It was not great but definitely not bad. The item was not shipped out for a week after ordering so it took almost two weeks to reach me instead of four or five days. They do not seem like a bad company, I do not feel ripped off, and this was the first item I purchased here. I just think they need to be more attentive to shipping time.

The delivery was expected to be 3-5 days, but was received on the 7th day. I'm new to using the product I purchased, I'll know if I'm satisfied after using the products for a few weeks.

BPN has great prices, great email discounts and offer some good products, but just don't expect to get your order in too quickly. Usually when I order something it takes 5 working days, sometimes longer. Other sites I've ordered from, I will receive my supps in 2 - 3 days, besides that, I have had no problems with this site.

okay so the main thing that brang me to the site were the customer rewards being rewarded for giving your honest opinion on products and even sharing it on facebook can earn you points. one thing i have noticed with this page though is that they will leave up discontinued or unavailable products on there list of items to purchase. i have recently ordered an item it was a while back now it was in stock ready to ship..apparently almost a week it took a week for them to email me and say hey this product is not available please select a different product i had even received the info saying the item was shipped. and as i stated before discontinued and product that is not available to purchase will still be sitting on the page i have even contacted via email to say hey take these items off your list never get a response and it seems products prices go up almost every single day range from $1-.10 is frustrating then you order and boom actually it wasn't available , i will continue to use bpn due to the reward factor overall i would give the site a 2.5/5

I placed an order and 3 of the 8 things I ordered are on back order. They would have shipped the items in stock if I cancelled the b/o items. I didn't want to pay shipping again so I decided to wait until all items are available. I'm still waiting:)

An item I ordered showed in stock when ordered. I was notified 4 days later it was out of stock. I asked for my other item to be shipped but it was not. I was told I'd get notified when my order was shipped but I did not. I got the shipment notice with tracking the day before it was sent out for delivery. The product is very good. I should have received it more timely and gotten better communication about it.
