Have always had orders delivered in a reasonable amount of time. This time for whatever reason was asked to do this survey about recent purchase that I haven't even received yet.

When packages ship to Canada, sometimes they stay in customs longer than expected. That is what happened in this case. We do apologize for the delays though.

I ordered 400 dollars worth of stuff. Everything said in stock when I ordered. 5 days later it was still not shipped. I talked to live chat and they told me 3 items were back ordered. So instead of shipping the items that were in stock they had me wait a week before shipping the in stock items. I told them to refund me for the items that were out of stock and just send in stock items. Got refund same day. However it still took them another 2 days to ship the order.

I truly love the prices and selection bpn however the wait time to receive products on the west coast of seven days seems a bit long from just the Midwest. I can receive a letter in the mail from the east coast in 3 to 4 days

We do apologize it took extra long in the mail. I do see you ordered around 4pm on the 1st and it did ship out the very next morning. We are reviewing other shipping options which will hopefully improve delivery times like this.

ordered products 2/23/16. As of today have not yet received B-Complex ordered that date. Just stated on invoice I would receive this product in separate package and that was end of last week. ?? Disappointed.

Ordered 2/15/ 2016 and did not receive order until 2/29/2016, also received no communication about product coming late after I called on 2/24 and e-mailed about late arrival on 2/27/16. Product arrived today 2/29/16 but still no communication from Bestprice as of tonight. I am sure they do not know I have received it yet. Previous orders always came with e-mail if late or out of stock until later date and probable delivery date.
