keep up the good work

Great price!

I use this website to purchase Hitech Pharmaceuticals products. For the few websites that carry Hitech Pharmaceuticals, Best Price has the best price. I only gave it a 4 because the shipping is a little slow.

I had an issue with my order. The product was on back order, but there was no way of knowing when I ordered it online. I am not giving four stars based on back order, I am giving four starts based on lack of communication but how polite and sincere the employees seemed when handling the situation. I am not about to tell a company how to run their business, however, as a paying customer I would have preferred the staff to have been proactive in letting me know that the product would not be in for several weeks. They replied in a polite and timely manner when I emailed them about my order, which was much appreciated.

Quick delivery however i was stung with a £12 customs charge which wasnt mentioned on the website

Good prices and always arrives on time.

It would have been nice to get my product a little sooner but I know you can not control the snow storms. I was a little worried being a first time customer but it all worked out. They contacted me after I contacted them. They told me there was a bad ice and snow storm. All is well.

Fast delivery!
