Most orders are great , but I have ran into issues here and there. Like holding my whole order up a week or two just because 1 item was back ordered. Then to top it off , sent my order a week or two late with the same item still back ordered.

way way to expensive.some of the flavors dont mix well so you will have to add more liquid. i know it is high grade protein but it should be half the price and they dont even offer free shipping

Trutein is more expensive than some others on the market, but they have a huge following and the taste is unreal. I am not sure 1/2 the price, but you are paying a little extra due to their brand and the amazing flavoring they have.

Months ago my order was cancelled by Bestprice as unable to be supplied ... that's okay as the email said my credit card would refunded. Well just hasn't happened ...yet.

Hi, you were actually refunded the very next day on April 19th. It can take 2-7 business days for it to show up in your account. If you don't see it though, please contact us ASAP and we will work with your bank to find out what happened.

I ordered some supplements from your company and your competition. I received my products in 2 days. Then I waited 5 days for yours. Same type shipping next time I will shop for what I need at another store

***UPDATED REVIEW (5/13/2016) So I spoke to customer service on 5/9 after posting this review. She said my order was shipping out that day. Then I got an email from her on 5/10 saying the product did not ship because it "went out of stock". Even though when i placed my order the website said it was in stock..And she confirmed with me the day before it was in stock. She offered to exchange for another flavor (supposedly in stock) and that she would ship today (5/10/16). I got the tracking email on 5/10: -May 10, 2016 09:28 pm Arrived Shipping Partner FacilityUSPS -May 11, 2016 03:44 am Departed Shipping Partner FacilityUSPS -May 12, 2016 12:00 am Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS Today is the 13th. Let's see how long it actually takes to receive my order. ***FIRST REVIEW (5/9/16) I placed order on Thur 5/5/16. Was told product was in stock and normally ships out same day. Today is 5/9/16 and i still have not received a tracking email or any other email to keep me posted on what's going on with my order.
